For creating a new design, the focus was on user engagement and retention.
For this, the web design company developed a bespoke product search module with filters such as price range, category, color, keywords etc to narrow down the userโs search time. It also focused on prominently promoting vouchers, discount coupons, and deals of the day on the homepage to engage users. The site was integrated in both English and Arabic to reach out to maximum users.
The result is a clean, easy to navigate site that makes it easy for users to search for products and encourages them to buy.
