If I sign up for a support contract, how does it work?
You can choose a plan above that provides the support you need. When you select, we will assign your project to our skilled Project Manager and his support team, who will look after you. Describe the issue you are experiencing with your online project or platform in as much detail as possible. This will help the support team to diagnose and address the problem. Depending on the issue and support plan, you will receive support through email, phone, live chat, or a support ticket system. The support team will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. After the issue is resolved, the support team may follow up with you to ensure that everything is working correctly and that you are satisfied with the support provided.
And if I don’t use all my hours in a particular month or year?
If you do not use all your support hours in a particular month, you can ‘carry forward’ the equivalent of 1 month's support time to the next month. For example, if your contract gives you 15 hours of support time per month, the maximum amount of unused support time you can carry forward is 15 hours [depending on the complexity of the issue].
Is there a minimum contract length?
If you select the small plan, there is no minimum length; the medium contract term is 3 months, and the large plan is 12 months. We offer a 5% discount for yearly payment.
