If I sign up for a support contract, how does it work?

Depending on the issue and support plan, you will receive support through email, phone, live chat, or a support ticket system. The support team will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. After the issue is resolved, the support team may follow up with you to ensure that everything is working properly and that you are satisfied with the support provided.
And if I don’t use all my hours in a particular month or year?
If you do not use all your support hours in a particular month you can ‘carry forward’ the equivalent of 1 months support time to the next month. For example if your contract gives you 15 hours of support time per month, the maximum amount of unused support time you can carry forward is 15 hours [depends on the complexity of the issue].
Is there a minimum contract length?
